These services are designed for small and mid-sized businesses and are offered as either one-time purchases or subscription-based solutions.

2. Payment Terms

One-Time Products: Fees for one-time purchases are due at the time of checkout and are non-recurring unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions: Subscription services are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payment Methods: We accept payment through secure third-party processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.

3. Trial Terms

Some subscription products include a free or discounted trial period. Trials are offered once per customer per product unless otherwise specified.

Phase 1 – Setup: During the initial phase of the trial, we configure the product to your business’s needs. This may include onboarding steps, account linking, and AI model calibration.
Phase 2 – Activation: After setup, the product is activated and begins delivering service (e.g., publishing content, activating chatbot).
Trial durations and included features may vary. Access to certain services may be limited during the trial.

4. Setup & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Respond to requests for information necessary for configuration
Ensure access to required platforms (e.g., social media accounts) for the product to function

Delays in setup caused by lack of customer response may impact your ability to fully utilize the trial period.

5. Cancellation Policy

During Trial: You may cancel at any time during the trial via your account dashboard or by contacting us at [insert support email]. Cancellation during trial will prevent automatic billing, but setup fees (if any) are non-refundable.
After Trial: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Refund Policy

One-Time Purchases: All one-time purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for monthly or annual subscriptions once the billing period has started. Exceptions may be made in cases of billing error or service failure, at our sole discretion.
Trials: If applicable, paid setup fees associated with trial periods are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, tools, and documentation provided by Dimarcy remain the exclusive property of Dimarcy or its licensors. Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the products and services for their business purposes only.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the tools or content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimarcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 30 days preceding the event.

9. Modifications to Terms
